FAQ's of Portable Core Cutting Drilling Machine Petrol Driven:
Q: How does the water injection system enhance drilling performance?
A: The built-in water tank provides continuous water injection during drilling, which cools the core bit and reduces dust, ensuring smoother, safer, and more efficient core extraction, even when drilling into hard materials like concrete or asphalt.
Q: What is the process for setting up the Portable Core Cutting Drilling Machine at a project site?
A: To set up, simply wheel the machine to the desired location, secure it for stability, insert a compatible core barrel, fill the water tank, and start the petrol engine. Control drilling depth and feed manually or semi-automatically, depending on your operational needs.
Q: When should I use this machine over electrically powered models?
A: This machine is ideal when electrical supply is unavailable or unreliable, such as remote construction sites or field locations. Its petrol-driven engine ensures powerful operation independent of mains electricity, making it perfect for varied outdoor conditions in civil engineering projects.
Q: What are the benefits of the machine's safety features?
A: The emergency stop button and engine overload protection are designed to prevent accidents and equipment damage, giving operators peace of mind and reducing downtime during high-intensity sampling activities.
Q: Where can the Portable Core Cutting Drilling Machine be used effectively?
A: Thanks to its rugged design and weather resilience (operational from -10C to +50C and up to 95% RH), the machine suits a wide range of sites, including construction zones, road works, and quality inspection areas across India.
Q: How precise are the core samples, and what size range can be accommodated?
A: The machine boasts 2 mm accuracy on core diameters, with a 1 mm resolution, allowing for dependable collection of cores between 25 mm and 150 mm in diameter, up to 450 mm deep. This precision supports stringent quality control standards in engineering applications.
