FAQs of Flow Table (Motorised):
Q: How is the Flow Table (Motorised) operated in a laboratory setting?
A: The Flow Table is operated using its motorised mechanism, which is powered by a standard 230 Volt electric supply. This ensures automatic lifting and dropping of the table, allowing for uniform and controlled flow measurements of cement, mortar, or concrete samples.
Q: What materials is the Flow Table made from and why is this beneficial?
A: The table is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, which offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. This enhances its longevity and ensures consistent performance, even after repeated testing in demanding laboratory conditions.
Q: When should I use a motorised flow table over a manual one?
A: A motorised flow table is recommended when you require greater precision and repeatability in test results, or when frequent testing is needed. The automated operation minimizes human error and physical fatigue, making it ideal for high-throughput laboratories or industrial settings.
Q: Where can this Flow Table (Motorised) model be sourced in India?
A: This flow table is available through a range of dealers, distributors, exporters, fabricators, manufacturers, suppliers, traders, and wholesalers throughout India, ensuring wide accessibility for professionals in the construction and laboratory sectors.
Q: What process does the motorised flow table follow during testing?
A: The test sample is placed on the tables surface and the motor initiates the standard movement cycle, causing the table to lift and drop at regulated intervals. This action allows for precise determination of the materials flow characteristics according to laboratory standards.
Q: Who benefits most from using this Flow Table (Motorised)?
A: Manufacturers, laboratory technicians, researchers, exporters, fabricators, and suppliers dealing with construction materials benefit the most, as the equipment delivers fast, consistent, and reliable results critical for quality control and product development.
Q: What are the primary uses for the Flow Table in a laboratory environment?
A: This equipment is primarily used to assess the flow properties of cement, mortar, and concrete mixtures. Such assessments are essential in determining material quality and workability, ensuring that construction materials meet required standards.
